Move the kitchen. Widen the stair. Try the elevation in a different finish. We keep revising until it is the house you actually want — there is no per-change fee.
Approve Before You Build
Nothing goes to site until you have signed off the drawings. What gets built is what you approved, which makes the timeline and the cost far more honest.
Design and printing on its own
You do not have to build with us to get the drawings. We take on 2D and 3D design as a standalone job, and deliver printed sets you can hand straight to your own contractor, an architect, or the panchayat office for approval.

Consultation
We visit the plot, look at the orientation and access, and talk through how many rooms, how many floors and what budget is realistic. No drawings yet — just an honest conversation about what the site can take.
Design & 3D Preview
We produce 2D floor plans and 3D renders of your home. You see the elevation, the room sizes and the finishes on screen, and we revise them as many times as it takes.
Approval & Planning
Once you sign off the design, we lock the material list, the workforce schedule and the stage-by-stage timeline. You know what happens in which month, and what it costs.
Construction
Our engineer runs the site. Workers, materials and inspections are all coordinated by us, with weekly progress updates and photographs so you can follow it from wherever you are.
Handover
Final finishing, a snag list worked through properly, cleaning, and keys. You walk into the house you approved in 3D months earlier — and we are still on the phone afterwards.
